INVESTMENT OPTIONS:

1.      An investment of $50,000.00 dollars, investor will receive $1597.22 dollars per month payable on the twentieth of each month.

2.      Investor will receive 36 installments of $1597.22 per month for a total return of $57,500.00. (Original principal of $50,000.00 and capital gains of $7,500.00 for a total return of $57,500.00).

3.      The investment will return 15% on the amount invested.  Investment of the $50,000.00 will be returned to the investor, in addition to the $7,500.00 capital gain over a 36-month period.  

• Payments on investments will commence 6 months after initial investment, payable on the twentieth day of each month, until investment contract is paid in full.
